Try for free. Already registered? Lomorpich Rithyand her sister Lomorkesor are on a mission to save their Cambodian heritage. She is the co-producer of Bonn Phum Village Festival , a folklore festival showcasing Cambodian culture which will take place in Kandal Village, 10 km south of Phnom Penh.
This year will be her 3rd festival after a very successful first and second year welcomed over 30, visitors. Rithy believes in the power that storytelling and the arts have to inspire and unite people. The vegetables go to restaurants and individual customers—mostly foreigners, he says. She buys about 50 kilograms per month, or half his crop.
