Grip-lit? Psychological thrillers were around long before Gone Girl | Books | The Guardian
The host is someone who has been planning a masterpiece of epic proportions for some time now, grooming an unwitting Domino as the star, hellbent on watching him suffer before he dies This is the gut-wrenching finale in the best-selling Bad Games series. Write them faster and make them longer! This is the kind of book that I want to stretch out - but end up racing right through. Domino is a badass! Probably not. It was good, but it takes a lot for me to reread anything. What did you like best about this story? The narrator was amazing. He really brought the characters to life and made them all individuals.
I wanna hear about his other adventures. Any additional comments? Sometimes, you want to bawl about thwarted love over a bowl of popcorn. Other times, you want to laugh so hard you spill the popcorn. And then there are nights when you want an adrenaline rush so severe, you lose your appetite for popcorn. In those instances, you must call upon the psychological thriller genre to sate your craving for mind-blowing twists, unreliable narrators, and intelligent scares.
Have we convinced you to abandon your Friday night plans and succumb to the unstable mental states of movie characters?

Bad Games: A Novel (A Dark Psychological Thriller)
He's improved so much since the last book. Not sure how he could get better. If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be? Family Kills.

Simply too dark. Gifted writer and skilled narrator. A few too many writing cliches used felt like "lazy" author The action in this book takes place in several locations and involves many 'targets'. Warning : This book has descriptions of previous 'game' play that are much worse than Book 1 of this series, in my opinion. Couldn't stop listening.
Great story and truly epic narration by Gary Tiedemann. Definitely recommend this series. Great book.
